They're all over YouTube these days. I just had to point one out after a video from it was posted here.
I'm not going to post any video from these clickbait channels here, but I'll give you the names of two typical AI slop clickbait channels - but with a break in the name so the actual name won't get picked up by search engines
Go to Youtube
https://youtube.com
and search for these channel names, with the space closed
@TheBeatles Stories1
and
@MickJaggerThe UntoldLegacy
and you'll see what I mean.
The channel about the Beatles, though created in 2022, has no videos older than 4 months old - but 200 videos made with AI uploaded during those months.
The channel about Mick Jagger is several weeks old and has 44 AI-generated videos already.
This kind of AI slop is all over Facebook, too. I posted a news story about one artist's reaction to it yesterday: https://democraticunderground.com/100220811909

(15,350 posts)Some I dont mind. There are some interesting fantasy creations from AI, but theyre obvious and clearly labeled AI. But theres also a whole new category of videos that are not obviously AI where you have to be paying attention to notice that it is.

(59,119 posts)because the AI companies stole all the intellectual property - real art by real artists - that they could steal to train the AI. They're designed to compete with the artists whose work was stolen. And even if the AI user isn't making money from whatever they asked the AI tools to generate, they bury real work by real artists in a flood of AI slop.
Music streamer Deezer, for instance, is now getting about 50,000 AI-generated music tracks a month.

(8,089 posts)learning new skills, I do a lot of DIY projects. When I need a laugh, I can always find funny videos on YT. Especially baby or funny kid videos. Kinda like the old show Kids say the darndest thing. Now there are so many AI kid videos. Ugh. I can always tell, even when there are no obvious tell tale signs like mis shaped hands. Something just always seems off. The child looks like they just don't belong in the scene. With adults, sometimes they are just too perfectly made. Humans are imperfect. Even the most " made up" woman has 'natural flaws" that makes her look unique. So many AI adults just look too damn perfect.
