I sense that finally, the republicans in congress have now, today learned they can unite against tRump.

Today gave the republican House members a taste of realizing they had the power all along....they had their ruby slippers...

I believe that the GOP has gotten a taste of relief essentially, an empowerment against tRumps abusive, controlling threats he had on most of them.

That taste was pure liberating., and they all want, have wanted more......I see more coming out resisting him as they are now a group.... there is power in this..... may it continue to swing back from the right into the center...

They have seen how much they've missed being liberated and they sure do want more. And they will have it.

Momentum is on their side.

This taste of empowerment as a group needs to be nurtured, giving them positive affirmations....I too want more.

Disagree.

This was a unique situation given the nature of the Epstein scandal.

It would be foolish and wrongheaded to believe that Republicans will oppose Trump in the future; the vote was about Republican self-preservation not defiance of Trump.

they had no choice...unhappy Republican voters equated the shut-down (starving families/breadlines/job loss/no paychecks) with Trump and Jeffrey Epstein....and after the Democratic blowout three weeks ago and the damning emails, the MAGA congress cretins had no choice but to release the files...couple that with Trump's psychotic behavior, the NO KINGS protests, and sub-basement approval numbers, his threats to primary rogue members is much less scary than constituent revolt and the real possibility of losing their cushy jobs..

We will manifest relief from this abusive monster....sending it to the GOP congress members...

It is way too easy to be negative my friend...Come into the light and heal.

I am positive that we will take the 2026 midterms and the Oval Office in 2028...really pissed off Trump voters will hold their noses and vote Democrat with "instructions" to clean up the Trump sewer...and once their lives return to a semblance of normal, a Trunp acolyte will shout "IMMIGRANTS/DEPORTATION/DRUGS/TRANS/EGGS" and (to quote Herman's Hermits) "second verse same as the first"...yes, I'm that old!!

They know their united front is just performative. GOPers never do things by conviction.
