Wonkette: Mike Johnson Is FREAKED By The Epstein Vote. So What's Really Up His Ass?

Last night, coming out of the state dinner Donald Trump threw for Prince Bonesaw bin-Murdertrash, House Speaker Mike Johnson was asked about what happened yesterday in the Senate, as the body swiftly moved the House’s discharge petition to force the release of the Epstein Files right on through with unanimous consent, sending the bill directly to Trump’s Big Mac TV tray for signing.

Friends, Johnson was shook. And he was mad. And the facial expressions from the weakest, most ineffective House speaker in American history were alone worth the price of admission. Shoot it directly into our veins!

snip

But what’s Johnson so upset and lying about with this? Why is he grimacing like somebody just jizzed inside his biblical anti-masturbation software, which we are sure voids the warranty? And why’s he so mad at Chuck Schumer?

snip

Yesterday in a press conference, Johnson said he was “confident” that Senate Majority Leader John Thune would allow amendments, in order to fix all his concerns with the discharge petition passed by the House. “I’m very confident that when this moves forward in process, if and when it is processed in the Senate — which is no certainty, that that will be — that they will take the time methodically to do what we have not been allowed to do in the House,” he whined. “Amend this discharge petition and to make sure these protections are there.”

After which Thune promptly made Johnson his bitch.

Since Johnson said he expected the senate to mark-up the bill and return it to the house, I have to wonder if he expected their mark-up to take awhile, then once they sent it back, more delay due to Thanksgiving, so later and later it goes, and finally back to the senate, but when? So he voted yes for a bill he does not support? Wow, what a patriot. Just my best guess

... and thought the Senate would balk so he could fix the order in reconciliation. Like Democrats did not see that lame scam coming.

The GOP didn't want to put their names on it so made it a joint resolution, anonymously. If that doesn't show how scared they are of both TACO and voters back home, nothing does.

(at the direction of 'Dear Leader'). And then got promptly, and publicly, knifed in the back by - Dear Leader.
Thus becoming the public face of humiliation and defeat ...
And the wimpy little cheese-d*ck weasel that he is.

It'd be enough to piss off any sycophant ass kisser !

He couldn't keep his caucus in line and neither could his ally Trump. Given that he's clearly opposed by a group with some power within his party and it just became a lot easier to walk over to that side.

Thune passed that thing through the Senate as fast as he could because he didn't want his name anywhere near it.

15. "Thune denies Johnson's demand for Epstein bill changes"

Nice headline... Hope they're not pulling some kind of Fast one.

Snip****

Speaker Mike Johnson said he voted for the Jeffrey Epstein disclosure bill Tuesday based on his hope that the Senate would make changes he’s been demanding. Senate Majority Leader John Thune shot that down.

Thune said Tuesday evening that, while he had talked with the speaker about the bill, he and Senate GOP legal counsel decided the legislation was “sufficient.” The Senate effectively approved the legislation by unanimous consent mere hours after House passage Tuesday afternoon without provisions sought by Johnson, including additional victim and whistleblower name protections.

Snip****

Asked if he would press Trump to veto the bill if the Senate didn’t amend it, Johnson said he would “cross that bridge” if necessary. He also raised “national security” concerns about the bill Tuesday.

Doctor the Files and call out to Release the Files.. Maybe no one will notice the Depths Pedo Rapist went to in order to Keep them HIDDEN

I think the original plan that Mikie and friends wanted was the Senate revisions so that it would bounce back and forth between Senate and House to debate ad nauseum.

Now we Know that if Traitor's name is in the files in any capacity.. he would not sign it.
