It was ridiculous to claim no-one else in Reform knew him - he was in UKIP, the predecessor party to Reform, which was all about Farage, from 2004 to 2018 (its Welsh leader from 2014 to 2016), an MEP from 2014 to 2020, and in the Welsh National Assembly from 2016 to 2017. Someone that connected in UKIP 10 years ago would be well known to those who set up Reform.
