I've both tipped and bought lunch for workers that did work on my property or my vehicles. Some of the workers were migrants and they did good work and were honest. They told me sometimes people wanted to exploit their immigration status and they didn't get paid.

Recently, in Ohio, there was a farm that called ICE on the last day of work when all his workers were going to get paid and they were supposed to get back their $1000 deposit from the hotel they all stayed at. These businesses exploited the labor, then ripped off the workers and called ICE.
