Follow the Money: Why Treasury Is Blocking Access to the Epstein Files - JP Morgan Chase cover-up (Sen. Wyden)

According to Senator Ron Wyden, it’s not just Trump, and it’s not just Pam Bondi, who are halting the release of the Epstein files. It is also Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent. Evidently, the Treasury Department holds thousands of detailed financial records documenting Jeffrey Epstein’s transactions, and Senator Wyden has been trying—unsuccessfully—to obtain access to them. Bessent has denied him.

Follow the money. Senator Wyden just released a stunning new report released where he’s continuing to apply pressure, not only by releasing this new report but also by publicly calling out JP Morgan Chase executives. According to Wyden, the bank didn’t simply inadvertently fail to report suspicious activity as required; they allegedly kept quiet because they wanted to continue doing business with Epstein. He was one of the bank’s single largest clients and part of an elite client group called the“wall of cash”

In addition to the report, the Senate Finance Committee has now subpoenaed JP Morgan Chase for further information related to the Epstein documents. Wyden made this statement on X when releasing the report:

“You all know I’ve been after the Treasury Department’s own Epstein file. It’s a set of thousands of detailed bank records, a map of Epstein’s financial network. Secretary Bessent is blocking its release and he denies it’s even something Treasury should be investigating. So it’s not just Trump and Bondi running interference for pedophiles. Bessent is a key part of the Epstein coverup. I plan to seek Senate approval of my bill to force the Treasury to release its Epstein file in the coming weeks because we need to keep on following the money.”

I'm convinced that Trump's relationship with Epstein was at least as much pimp as john. Scott Pissant is covering for the money laundering and trafficking activities of Epstein, Trump and the other rich assholes they hung out with.

And why was it laundered? If it was the ill-gotten gains of sex trafficking, it would have been necessary to launder it, and not just to avoid paying tax.

Yes he was a prolific sex-trafficker, but that wasn't all he was into. I think there are financial crimes that, though intertwined because he was Epstein, didn't revolve around that.

This is where he cut his teeth:

Of course some of his wealth was obtained at least semi-legitimately, but it's certainly tangled up with plenty that was not and served as cover for the sex-trafficking money. It will take some skilled forensic accountants to trace the paper trails through the legit accounts to the laundered ones.

Hakeem Jeffries Says Trump Is Running “Pedophile Protection Program”
https://newrepublic.com/post/202623/hakeem-jeffries-trump-johnson-republicans-pedophile-protection-program

When asked by a reporter about working with someone who has been obstructing the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files, Jeffries said that “the Trump administration and Mike Johnson are running a pedophile protection program.”

“That’s what they’ve been doing. And that’s the reason why they refuse to swear in Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva, for weeks now,” Jeffries added, referring to the congresswoman who won a special election on September 23 to replace her late father, Representative Raúl Grijalva. “She was elected in late September decisively.”

Jeffries said that Grijalva hasn’t been sworn in by House Speaker Johnson because she would be the deciding vote on legislation requiring the Department of Justice to release the Epstein files.

“Week after week after week have gone by, and Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva is unable to serve 800,000 people in the state of Arizona all because of the pedophile protection program being run by Mike Johnson and House Republicans at the direction of their boss, Donald J. Trump,” Jeffries added.

Add Senator Chris Murphy.
https://www.democraticunderground.com/100220809213

With a vote on releasing files related to Jeffrey Epstein just days away, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) said this weekend that it was clear President Donald Trump was “at the center of a child sex ring,” and that the president’s behavior over the past week made it clear that the files contained “something especially and specifically incriminating.”

“What we've already seen is immensely incriminating; clearly, Donald Trump was at the center of a child sex ring,” Murphy said, speaking over the weekend with The Bulwark Managing Editor Sam Stein during a panel. “That is heartbreaking that the president of the United States was involved in that kind of gross, craven immorality.”

*****

“He is in daily panic mode as we get closer to the moment where these files and the fullest truth that we have available to us is going to be made public, and it is clearly the biggest scandal in presidential history,” Murphy said.

“...It stands to reason that he wouldn't be fighting so hard to spin against this story, or bullying Republicans in the House to prevent the release of these files if there wasn't something especially and specifically incriminating in that information.”

And a long discussion on Trump’s possible “fit” in the global scheme.

Just hear me out, what if he's not just in the Epstein files
But actually a part of the trafficking ring. He ran the Rump Modeling Agency and owned the Miss Teen America Pagent.

13. The Compliance Conundrum
Thu Nov 27, 2025, 01:04 PM
Yesterday

There once was a senator—Wyden—
Who said Treasury’s files were lyin’ in
A vault locked up tight,
With Bessent saying “No—quite
A lot more than I care to confide in.”

Wyden shouted, “Now here’s what I’ve found:
Epstein’s cash flowed unbound underground.
The bank kept it hush—
Not a bureaucrat’s blush—
’Cause his business was simply too sound.”

J.P. Morgan, said Wyden, did stash
Epstein snug in a “Wall of Cash.”
They saw red flags wave,
Yet they’d quietly behave—
For a client whose wealth couldn’t crash.

Suspicious reports trickled slow—
Just millions while Epstein lay low.
But the moment he died,
That dam broke wide—
And a billion-and-change came in tow.

A compliance employee once wrote,
“Cash for jet fuel?”—a dubious note.
But they let it proceed,
Though the flags all agreed
This was not how one fuels up a boat.

Now subpoenas are starting to rain;
Both committees are turning the chain.
“Hand the documents here—
Every transfer made clear—
Till the money map fully explains.”

Wyden charted the transfers, in line,
That went Maxwell’s way through the pipeline.
Not a side-plot or whim—
But part of the dim
Financial machinery’s design.

So the message from Wyden rings sunny:
“Don’t get lost in the spin or the funny.
Ignore all the noise,
The distractions, the ploys—
If you want the truth: follow the money.”

Banks don’t hide purely criminal transactions. They fake compliance or disclose.

But they don’t ever wanna be discovered laundering money for criminals.

Why would someone pay $60 million for a $30 million property unless that money is from criminal sources and only worth 50 cents on the dollar.

That’s where the easy money is for the banks, not holding check accounts for commercial pedophiles.
