The Monroe Doctrine has morphed into the Miller Doctrine. Well, PeeWee German or Baby Goebbels seems to be ignorant of American History.
Between 1898 and 1934, the United States conducted military interventions in Cuba, Panama, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic in what became collectively known as the Banana Wars, primarily aimed at protecting American economic interests, especially those of US fruit companies like United Fruit Company.
