court isn't required -- and the lawyers who created the law created it this way to specifically not allow the courts to get involved. Congress also has the law enforcement authority over the police who work at Congress.

them all today. Someone on Deadline White House said that one file was 100 pages ALL blacked out. Damn bastards.
