Down to those who wielded the redaction Sharpies

They know the Constitution

Hell, if my bosses asked me to break the law, go against the Constitution, set myself up for fines, risk jail time … it would be Whistleblower time.

I’d tell inquiring officials everything

I can figure I know just what happened... third time through, there were still too many names, including trumps, to completely redact. So, the underlings took the easy way out. Whether or not they were told to is of no consequence. The easy way was to just black out everything; that way, everybody trump was concerned about was protected and covered up (literally), and their own asses were covered (they figured). If the bosses told them to do it, well, all I can say is I wouldn't rob a bank if my boss told me to do it!

Everyone who works for government, especially at the White House, Justice, etc., knows the Constitution or has it right there to consult. There is no excuse an underling could make that would excuse him, IMO. "Just following orders" hasn't worked for a LONG time!

This isn't going to fly. Even the magas are likely to come unglued, as attached to this conspiracy as they are!

Yup.

The files were not released by the time that was required by the court.

The files were incomplete.

Page after page were blacked out.

AOC is right: the cover up is now out in the open. They are essentially confessing to the cover-up and daring anyone to do anything about it.
