Destruction costs...maybe we should start charging developers for what is lost when they build thier business parks...instead of regulating development rules so single family homes are too expensive and cannot be built,While big develoipers can swallow the cost of new regulations keep destroying large areas of land.

When developers clear large areas of land for the expansion of commerce, the environment and wildlife of that land is destroyed in the process.

The truly massive development is happening on the other side of the world right now. It's just mind boggling how stupid some humans can be.
