Ben Johnson is and has been one of the best, if not the best coaches in the NFL to come along in a while
When he was coaching and was OC at Detroit he was getting head coach offers for 3 or 4 years, deservedly so. Dan Campbell knew he was going to leave this year but when he found out he was going to the Bears I can guarantee you there was an "Oh shit" moment in Campbell's head lol. After all, Johnson had been scheming offenses against that entire division for 4 years. Very smart move by him and the Bears. The Bears have had the talent the last 4 years or so but not the leadership. Johnson stepped in and completed their circle. Just like Johnson took and interception machine like Jared Goff and turned him into a top 5 quarterback so he has with the interception machine that Williams once was.
So yes, Da Bears are for real this year, congrats.
