yet on eyeballing this map, the majority of such bans are in MAGA states. Not all, but the majority.
What is going on with this? I sm not used to looking at a US map and seeing that the policy I agree with is primarily in MAGA states.

4. My district in NYS banned them two years ago, before there was a statewide ban. Teachers I know in the district

are very happy. Some parents, when it was first announced, had their panties in a twist, but their complaining died down fairly quickly,
