Five bucks says there were no immigrants for them to arrest in that peaceful neighborhood. They just parked their unmarked cars there for no reason, and came out with guns ready.

My guess is that "informants" had scoped out an area where there were (probably legal) immigrants and people who weren't lily white living in the area, so they picked a place they could be as obnoxious and inciting as possible without getting hurt.

I've never gotten an aanswer. They seem totally flummoxed, as though they'd never considered the possibility that they might have bought into a bunch of vicious lies about people they've never met.

That's really the problem because that's what makes them so dangerous, that utter certainty that they know it all and everybody else is wrong.
