4. He does not need the Insurrection Act

This is becoming a test case on the limit limits of power. It is Minnesota versus the federal government, and if Congress and the courts allow it, then Trump has the authority to do whatever he wants without question.

5. I would bet the farm that tRump will send ICE nazis to every blue & red state polling places with large people of color

turnout, known progressive areas checking ID's at the door, scaring people, doing their thug thing. He will claim it's for security or voter fraud and he will try this regardless of the insurrection act, Red states will probably do the same with their state nazis as well now that they can get away with it. The dirty tricks will be very, very bad this time around.
