I ask because Kristy (dog killer) Noem provided the information that ids yesterday's shooter of a woman in a car as Jonathan David Ross.

She provided details in a public statement about him that made digging out who he was super easy. Should she suffer those penalties? I say YES!

She identified a federal agent who killed someone in the line of duty by their name. I cannot recall any case in the past where an officer/agent who shot someone dead "in the line of duty" remained completely anonymous
