In one video from the front left side you begin to see that front left tire turning to the right. While it turns pointing at the officer which would mean she's aiming at the officer, it keeps turning to the right away from the officer as she moves.

She wasn't trying to aim at him. She was trying to go past him appears to me. You point your tires at someone if you want to hit them directly don't you.
