The most important evidence in Minnesota is the autopsy

As I see the videos of Ms. Good's killing, the first shot is problematic and would be difficult to prove murder beyond a reasonable doubt without other corroborating evidence, which the FBI is denying the State of Minnesota.

However, the two shots by the Agent through the driver's side window are clear cut. No Agent can be even remotely considered in danger at that point. If an autopsy reveals that either of those two shots were the cause of death, and with the videos and citizen witnesses, I believe it's an open and shut case of some degree of murder or manslaughter and can be prosecuted in the State of Minnesota.

Now, if the Feds use the supremacy law to take the prosecution out of the hands of Minnesota, this would be an easy case to win in Civil Court.

Killing the driver of a moving vehicle creates a moving, driverless, vehicle - which will hit anything or anyone in its path. Talk about weaponizing a vehicle.

It's tough to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, premeditation in a case in which the crime occurred within seconds between strangers.

Second degree would make more sense.

That’s the only one a jury might cut him slack on.
