Why hasn't he been arrested by local authorities? I don't give a shit whether it's for spitting on the sidewalk. Arrest the asshole and make him do a perp walk.

I haven't seen any news stories about his whereabouts or his habits, or his high school chums chiming in. No, if he has children, I don't think that they should be harassed, but surely I am not the only one out here who is interested in this man.

How long was he off work after the incident in July? Did he receive any counselling? What do his neighbors think about him? Does he have any past criminal background? Hell, ICE is taking anybody. Has the fact that Noem says he's been with ICE for 10-plus years been verified? Has he ever killed anyone before? Does he have prior military experience?

Where is the "Inquiring Minds Want to Know" media in all of this?

Because if charges aren't brought within 48 hours, he has to be released. It takes time to get the charges right, plus trying to navigate what's going on with jurisdictions. No one wants to make a move that can be dismissed down the line.
