What is going to stop them?

Even if we take Congress and the Senate (both not a sure thing) it's a year before they are in office. And what can they really do to stop him from doing whatever he wants.
It will be a long three years.

1. The only way is to impeach and remove ASAP

Or they will send troops in Greenland (more of them) to take over and that will be the end of NATO.

Unpredictable what the other NATO member nations will do. And it's imminent.

4. My four possibilities are:

1. He strokes out and dies - highly likely
2. He suffers a heart attack and survives, barely, and Vance steps in -also highly likely
3. He's impeached and convicted - miracles happen
4. Someone Epsteins him - possible government(s) covert operation

Seriously, he’s *got* to be on the cusp of going teats up so I’m confident he’ll be ended before long.

The real question is how we stop his cabal of greasy grifters from continuing this travesty…

10. I don't see any of those options as an improvement.

It might slow them down a bit but Vance, Rubio, Hegseth, Lutnick, et. al. will keep working out of their project 2025 playbook. If anything, they might be more efficient in their destruction since they wouldn't have the wild card of Trump's mania to contend with.

Upon further reflection, maybe it will allow some repubs the possibility to come out of the shadows, stop cowering in fear and do something. Maybe.

8. Continuing to use the courts to frustrate anything and everything...

the Admin tries to do.

It seems Biden appointees to benches have been particulary busy. Even though many cases may go Trump’s way, they still take time, effort and other resources away from governing.

Unless there’s a decent chance of conviction in the Senate (seemingly permanently unlikely), impeachment is pointless. We’ve made two runs at it, with the second one being essentially a slam dunk. And voters basically absolved him by putting him back in office.

Personally, I think our best efforts now should be focused on:

1) “Roughing up” Rubio and Vance: I think Rubio’s stock is rising compared to Vance, but both need to be dealt with. While we may abhor them, we take them lightly at our and the country’s peril.
2) Coalescing around 3-4 Democrats that we think Americans could get behind and who can hold their own against Rubio and Vance.
3) Realise who shouldnt be the “face” of the Party and not let the media and republicans “crown” them as such.

Other than that, pray. LOL
