I seethe at the apparent gutlessness of all too many Democratic politicians. Where’s the backbone? Where’s the fight?

The Oligarch Party would have put up a fight if the Democrats were in the White House. Gingrich, De Lay, et al would have responded to a hypothetical Clinton over-reach by causing an appointment blockade or zeroing out ICE’s budget.

But here in 2026, what do we get from our party’s leadership?

If you don't like a small handful of Democrats voting for a Republican nominee, how about doing all you can to prevent Republicans from getting into office in the first place?

And whining about what a few Democrats did is not how you do that, but it is what helped Republicans get elected and in the position where they have the power to nominate people you don't like -- and confirm them even if ALL Democrats voted against them -- and KILL INNOCENTS ON THE STREET.
