Pastor: I saw ICE agents circling a young woman who appeared to be Hispanic. I said to this ICE agent, 'Take me, stop harassing her.' The agent got in my face, pointed a gun at me, and said, 'Are you afraid now?' To which I said, 'I am not afraid.' The next thing I knew, they were putting handcuffs on me, and they put me in the back of an SUV. I asked them if I was under arrest. They said to me, 'Well, you're white, you won't be any fun anyway.'

3. Pointing a gun at someone without just cause is a crime in most states, isn't it?

It's called assault with a deadly weapon.

4. "fun"

to them means abusing or terrorizing their detainees. THAT is why they don't allow the legal and necessary surprise inspections by Congress. So they can mop up the blood and teeth (I assume).

Any member of the House or Senate can claim oversight authority and demand to inspect any ICE facility where they are holding detainees, I believe. (Correct me if I am wrong.) So they need to demand it every day, in shifts.
