defines an ICE agent? What is their background? What is so attractive to them that they want that job?

Is it the money? Is it the notoriety? Is it their racism, misogyny or previous employment in police work? Just hatred?

Are most of them former military? Did we train them in the military and create this force?

Are they just angry men wanting to get back at us?

I probably have hundreds more questions about them because I want to know what we're dealing with.

I'm curious as to how you would characterize an ICE agent.

ICE agents.

These guys that become ICE agents are basically American men. Given whats going on in America right now - what motivates these guys to want to become an ICE agent. They are basically one of us - but they have some bugaboo or beef with what? - that points them in the direction to become an ICE agent.

Is it as simple as - they don't have a job. They need the money. The pay is exceptional and they get a signing bonus? Or is is something more deeper than that.

Are these the guys that use to set up shop in the wilderness and play soldier? Are these guys former militia?

Why would they want to dress up in military garb. Mask up. Carry guns and create chaos in our streets?

Are they loyal to Tr**p or are they just thinking - I can strut myself around and play tough guy and demonize Americans? Are they all racists, mysogynists and misfits?

That's what I was looking for as an answer to my original posts. I just don't understand the mentality of these guys that choose to become ICE agents. Where did they go wrong? Where did we go wrong that left the door open to such a force that looks like they are out to destroy our democracy and our country as we know it.

What do we have to do to dissuade other such individuals to join those forces?

What is their average age? Do they have previous records and they just found protection for themselves to join the ranks of ICE.

Who hires them? Where do they indoctrinate them? Where do they train them? Do they train them? Are they conditioned like Manchurian Candidates?

These are the questions I have and probably could come up with dozes more if given the time.

I hoping by having the answers to some of these questions I posed - so we could understand them better.
