The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who shot Renee Good in the alleged car-ramming incident suffered internal bleeding, multiple U.S. officials familiar with his medical condition told ABC News.

He violated one of the first rules of and kind of traffic stop. You NEVER step into the forward path of the vehicle, and he did. Granted, yes, he was out of the way, and he jumped into the hood of the car as he took his one handed shot with the other hand on his phone to record it.
Like everything is wrong in that scenario, he is 100% in the wrong, violated his training, improperly handled his firearm, all of that. I that resulted in injuries bad enough for internal bleeding, why did he go home instead of to a hospital?

That seems just as likely -- if not more likely, given that he did not appear to be struck by the vehicle, it was moving at a very low speed when it went past him, and he was seen walking around as if nothing had happened after the shooting -- and all of that is on video.

But we'll probably never know, because instead of following any kind of norms, they disappeared both Ross and the evidence from the crime scene without conducting a proper investigation.
