I just have to believe Europe knows a majority of Americans are trying to get this guy out of office but have to work through a system his party has rigged in its favor. If we can restore our democracy without a lot more bloodshed, we can build the trust back up. It will take time, but if we survive this debacle it will be the proof they need that we are a good partner that can be trusted. Germany is facing the possibility of a majority right wing government right now.
