(42,977 posts)9. Not announced but in the works.
People close to Klobuchar confirmed she is seriously considering the run, but hasn't committed.
Meetings:
She met with Governor Walz, who informed her of his plans, and she expressed interest in the office.
Support:
Minnesota Democrats are encouraging her to enter the race, recognizing her strong political history.
Next Steps:
An official announcement from Klobuchar's office is still awaited, with her decision expected to influence other potential candidates.
