I've been in touch with my grandson, a sophomore at UMN, who tells me that he’s okay but many of his friends are "not just afraid for their status, but their lives." He & roommates live off campus. The feeling of being under occupation weighs heavy on everyone there.

2. We'll see on Monday. Doesn't mean that MN's lawsuit won't count if MN appeals all the way to SCOTUS.

Someone or something has to pump the brakes on these bastards. 3 more years of this lawlessness, if not reined in, will totally destroy this country.

Incident(s) occur, Miller invokes Insurrection Act to geld impending judicial order and create budget deal tension before possible govt shutdown.

Federal troops hit the street next week, complete with tanks.

This is the moment for Chump admin, make or break for them.

6. No matter what militias do to instigate, don't think the felon can do that while a major state suit is in progress,

since whatever unprovoked violence occurs will be further evidence the MN and cities can use in the current case. Because they will add a advance/persistent threat to citizens, which can reach the judicial level to add a terrorism factor in any ruling.

8. Then Dist. Judge Menendez will grant the plaintiffs request for a TRO by default. She can also do other things

at the same time:

-- impose various sanctions on defendants for failure to comply with court orders or procedural rules. These sanctions could be monetary, such as requiring the non-compliant parties to pay the opposing side's attorney fees and costs incurred due to the delay.

-- add that their failure to respond is seen as a willful disobedience of a direct court order, and Menendez could find the defendants in contempt of court.

-- strike the offending party's pleadings or deny them the right to assert a defense, which could severely hamper their ability to argue their case later.

This case is "on the front burner" for Menendez. Sounds like she ain't playin'.
