8. Cool...I ate some of my homemade

Chicken soup made with soup sock and chicken from Costco.

I add carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, olive slices, fresh ginger slices, can corn, spices, lentils, splash of cooking white wine.

I get baguette from co op that gets from organic bakery in Ashland OR.

Tonight though I had few slices of cornbread leftover from Irish stew last night.

I make huge pot and put into 14 single serving jars and freeze.
