Legal experts predict Trump's investigation of Minnesota leaders will 'instantly backfire'

President Donald Trump's Justice Department is launching a criminal probe into Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn.) and issued subpoenas for both Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.

The DOJ claimed that Frey and Walz are "impeding federal law enforcement officers’ abilities to do their jobs in the state."

Walz responded to the allegations on X, saying: "Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic. The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her."

2. I personally think a judge should demand that the border czar and the entire team be brought into a court

and explain themselves and what part of the first ten amendments that they don't understand and then tell them to get a lawyer............

3. Words CANNOT impede anything, only actions can impede.

Judges need to stop this insanity at the outset of any further case.
Predjucial remarks in public by any supposedly competent authority, supervisor on up to Cabinet Secretary or President, should FATALLY compromise EVERY case. Which can then be dismissed.
No Double Jeopardy unless the SCROTUMS flaunt their craven corruption even more wildly than they already have.
