At the end of the commercial, show the Republican incumbent's smiling face and the voiceover says, "X has literally done nothing to improve your lives." "Why would you to reward then with reelection?"

Simple and to the point slogans tends to work best. I like yours, “Had enough? Vote for the Democrat”.
