3. Water Canons

With the ban on chemical weapons, and the water on the sidewalks, got me wondering... Escalation and all that... Cops use to use water cannons on protesters. I wonder if the Feds will get creative too? No idea what modified special purpose vehicles they can fly around the glove now days. And on the other hand, wonder when some of the protesters will figure out they can uncork a fire hydrant and render a whole area inaccessible?
