RUBIO-Batista (not related to BATISTA) - "the very model of a modern" pipsqueak dictator

Disclaimer: Am barely guessing at stereotypes of the history of other countries in this hemisphere - have dipped into about one (1) podcast of a Venezuelan exile who spouts MAGA parrot points (before KRASNOV's recent kidnapping) attacking/mocking anything from our Democratic Party with his followers chiming in with the most outlandish crap - like "God Bless (KRASNOV), sent by God to liberate the world from socialist/communist Democrats." They equate anything smacking of social services to be socialist/communist, are super anti-Woke, all the usual MAGAt indoctrination. They are Wingnuts back over there and same here.

The Cuban Exiles of the first generation were the CIA/DULLES-brothers-plants/BATISTA-Mob ilk, already Wingnut because of, as the documentary below says, "U.S. investments and Mob ties," benefitting only the dictator himself and the financial elites supporting him. I remember how some of our most idealistic DUers favored the beyond-Leftists in South America who became dictators. And all of these dictators are the same - BATISTA took hundreds of millions with him when he skeedaddled. CASTRO always wore uniform but he soon lived the bestest life, with billions in banks somewhere, a private island that would make EPSTEIN drool with envy (very few were allowed in, among them Barbara WALTERS).

*** But back to RUBIO-Batista. He's of the *heritage* if not the first generation. What floats to the top about him is how he has become subservient on the surface while clearly his wheels turning are obvious, how he thinks he is playing a long game for himself, fooling himself that he is using KRASNOV for the future. Why did he run in the 2015 primaries with his pipsqueak image? Because back then everybody, including us and including KRASNOV, thought KRASNOV could never win, that he was a ridiculous clown (which he is), that KRASNOV was a disposable loser (which he is but needs a cool eye to do the disposing).

So when KRASNOV came back, RUBIO-Batista decided to swallow the subservience and bide his time. Time for what - not here (but we've been wrong before). But somehow in our national imaging, RUBIO-Batista and the rest of the Exile-heritage ones have escaped what they came from - the right-wing, Mob, elite of the BATISTA years. RUBIO, of Cuban Exile heritage, reaped extreme benefits of immigration and residency that other Hispanic branches didn't get - imagine *two* Senators and presidential candidates and extensive colonization of a state (Florida) and significant impact on both political parties (hatred towards Dems, collaboration with Reps). The Red Scare years here implemented the DULLES brothers (at the State Department and CIA) of intalling Rightwing dictators in the hemisphere, and of fostering the Strong Man culture and the conflation in the minds that anything (Liberal, Dem) such as social services was "communist'. So the Exiles were already predisposed to be hostile to the Dem Party, but the Bay of Pigs sealed the deal for them to hate JFK personally and the Dem Party at large.

This BATISTA documentary is very short, does a scant review of the "American investments and Mob" but there are longer ones at YouTube. And there are probably more on RUBIO-Batista himself, his background with the Miami exile entertainment (and nose candy?) community (ex-brother-in-law is a big star).
