I'm always surprised that these TOUGH men are always surrounded by numerous (not merely 1, or 2, or 3) thugs. Is there "toughness" due to their ability to command and control this mini-army? Or are they so frightened of the public and unable to protect themselves that they MUST have large contingency of sycophants surrounding them?
