My favorite part of the opinion that removed Halligan as Acting US Attorney

You should never go out of your way to piss off a Federal Judge. Halligan and the DOJ filed to a response to a federal judge on the question of whether it was legal or appropriate for Halligan to claim to be an action US Attorney that was very rude. The judge called these assholes out for this filing

This is also my favorite part of this opinion

My favorite part of Judge Novak's ruling on Lindsey Halligan is that basically she's too dumb to disbar.

This opinion will haunt Halligan for the rest of her career.

“however I cannot give the same deference to the US AG or Assistant AG and have therefore forwarded both of them for disciplinary action.”

Courts have MORE than bent over to the insults and illegalities of this DOJ. It’s time to give them notice that if lawyers pull any more BS they risk their license.

Disobeying court orders, not showing up or not showing up prepared, misrepresenting court findings in their appeals, outright lying..

It only stops when you make it stop. I don’t care how much they spent on their education, their previous reputation, or the needs of their families. One screw up and you warn them. They WILL be referred. No wonder the Felon thinks democracies are so easy to bully. They are!!

It's what you would want if you planned cases against Congress members, and let's not forget several have been targeted already. Comey and James cases were a test run.

I would say position rather than role, but his whole administration is simply performance art as far as I'm concerned.
And it's been a pretty bad performance.
So, role it is.

... the Court will come down on her like a ton of bricks. Which would be delightful if true, but I'm not holding my breath.

Anything else is just finger-wagging, which is all anyone with any real power or authority seems to do.

Is there some dumbed down version of the Bar this wankers passed? Or is there a "knee pad" option?

are all cos-playing their roles. They are so bitterly unqualified they are all playing what they may have seen in a movie or tv show or their own empty mind visions.
