1. Nearly every single Democrat in the House is going to vote no,

Jeffries and all Democratic House Leaders have made it clear they are no.

There is only one Democrat on record who says he may vote for it, and maybe 2 others who aren't sure yet.

If all Republicans show up to vote tomorrow, and all of them vote yes, there is no way to stop this. That one Dem Rep., or perhaps up to 3 Dem Reps. won't change that.

At least it will show some strength and unity. Remember the Dems lack of a cohesive message regarding Palestine before the 2024 election? A very emotional issue deeply important to some. I realize that was a very tough needle to thread, but basically ignoring it in the hope it wouldn’t be enough to swing an election was a huge misstep.

I could be wrong but this issue “feels” very similar in the visceral reaction so many are having. It’s about human life, and we see visuals every day of atrocities, including a murder. I think the Dems need to come up with a cohesive message, not just “it would pass anyway”

Henry Cuellar is the only Democratic Rep on record as considering to vote yes. One Rep. from Indiana and another unknown, unnamed Rep. aren't sure how they will vote.

Everyone else in the Democratic Caucus is expected to vote no.

but they are already voting no, with the exception of maybe 3.

Even if those 3 vote no tomorrow we are outnumbered in the House by Republicans and it will pass.

but yes, his office should be contacted about leading our caucus in the same direction!!
