Do you think the USA is viewed as the most unstable, unreliable version of itself since its founding?

Electoral autocracy is a less stable form of government than even the most flawed form of democracy that the US has had.
Reliable? I think that whether the US will now be more reliable as a friend of Putin than it has been a friend of Western Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand is too soon to call.
