Illegal entry into the US under 18 U.S.C. 1325 is a misdemeanor for a first time offense, punishable by a $250 fine and a maximum jail sentence of six months.

For this, ICE is violating the 4th Amendment, brutalizing detainees resulting in death, breaking windows to drag a suspect out of their car, and shooting middle age mothers in the face.

permission. Not that ICE gives a rat's ass about it. If they deport you first, it will be that much harder for people to hire attorneys to fight for them if they are not physically present in the US.
