The victim doesn't seem aggressive or confrontational at all. I couldn't tell, but does anyone see in that video evidence the victim was openly carrying?

2. If that's the actual victim, taken just moments before being shot by ICE, it's an extremely revealing video clip

The victim was not breaking the law, he wasn't brandishing a gun, he didn't appear to be obstructing anyone, just photographing the scene. The ICE goon clearly appears to be the aggressor in that brief clip, looking like he's pushing the victim back.

One of the comments on that reddit post sums up my thoughts about this shooting:

"If the deceased turns out to have been lawfully armed and ICE unlawfully attempted to detain him for filming, does that that mean ICE just executed someone for exercising their 2nd Amendment rights?

"ETA: The Minneapolis chief of police just stated on CNN via WCCO that they believe the victim did have a permit to carry."

3. It appears the deceased was filming ICE and ICE agents provoked the incident.

It is not a crime to film history on your cell phone.
