Compelling analysis that an ICE goon accidentally fired Pretti's gun

Setting off the chain reaction of other shots that killed him. Watch the goon in the grey coat disarm Alex Pretti and accidentally fire it.

That appears to trigger the others to unload their guns into Pretti

1. Didn't the gun have a safety? If Pretti had it holstered wouldn't the safety have been on?

gun or even threatened ICE with it. Apparently they wrestled him to the ground after he tried to help another observer, then one of the ICE agents saw Pretti's gun (holstered? In his waistband?) and took it. Maybe it discharged accidentally at that point, so what happened to the bullet; did it hit Pretti? I wonder if the state investigators have been able to examine the scene yet. One of the Reddit posters disagrees, and said:

"If the victim's gun was fired by gray coat, we would see gasses leave the muzzle as well as the slide move.
When you slow the video down, you can see the guy with the green jacket and tall black beanie, just behind the guy with gray jacket. You can see his right shoulder rise up as he draws his gun, if you compare this with the footage from the woman in pink jacket's footage, you will see him draw just as gray jacket is turning away and firing the first shot. That is when they all start to back away and he and one other continue firing."

In the pink lady video, the agent to the left of the agent who reaches down and disarms the victim is clearly the first shooter.

He is turned away from the man, looking at the other person they have on the ground. He turns and pulls his gun as the other agent is already moving back with the SIG in his hand. He moves into the gap left as the disarming agent turns to move away, it's not until he gets into that position and the other guy is turned that the first shot rings out.

Nobody else draws or fires until after that guy had shot 2 or 3 times.

He was in full view of the agent disarming the man
He drew before anyone else, and fired the first shot.

7. My guess is that the disarming officer yelled "gun" and the idiot shooter turned and started shooting.
