I can see in the future:

If ICE can kick down your door without constitutional authority (like a warrant signed by an Article III judge), e.g., an emergency, hot pursuit, etc., and/or shoot you without probable cause, fear of life/defense, etc., then it will trickle down to the FBI, local police and state troopers will be able to do the same thing(s) with impunity.
