The very first question that needs answered is who fired the first shot?

I'm not asking so we can assign blame, I'm asking cause it clearly wasn't Mr. Pretti who did.

That makes it Murder, period.

The good news is that there's no statute of limitations on murder. I really want to know who discharged their weapon first, and if an agent discharged Mr. Pretti's gun, then conspiracy is on the table.

Just my opinion.

You can see in slow motion the grey jacket guy taking Alex Pretti's gun from his waistband in the back, then immediately an agent pulls out his gun and shoots several times.

He is wearing an army green shirt and a black hat.

There is no room for interpretation because it's very clear.
