We could start to see two sets of activists showing up to deliberately interact with law enforcement at the same places, possibly from outside the state too. I hope this doesn’t turn into a battle of three armies. Throw in the NG and US Army and we’ve got a fantasy novel. Surreal.

The numerous videos and independent witness accounts made public clearly show what "initiated the encounter" and who "triggered the use of deadly force." Why is there still any doubt about that?

And if Pretti was legally armed while exercising his First and Second Amendment rights, and "there has been no evidence produced indicating an intent to harm the officers," what precisely are the "many critical facts (that) remain unknown"?
