The ICE masked terrorists are Trump's secret weapon for the midterms and future elections.

Trump can send his ICE criminal scum anywhere, anytime without approval from any local or state authorities. And they can do anything and everything in complete anonymity and with absolute immunity. Not to mention they have a vast budget.

ICE is Trump's personal army paid for by taxpayers.

It was never about immigration or the border.
