This latest murder by ICE is an example of an obscene and illegal use of force

These supposed ‘agents’ are clearly untrained. Any well trained corrections officer can tell you that taking down a person, violent or not, is a team effort and does not require shooting the person in the back 11 or 12 times.

Takedowns are an orchestrated, planned and choreographed sequence of events that require training that even someone as stupid as an ICE agent could learn IF their masters in D.C. had required such training. Sending out untrained, unsupervised, armed gangs to terrorize Somali citizens is a recipe for disaster.

Being able to identify the difference between a gun and a cell phone should also be required training, apparently. Being able to discern the difference between a dangerous action by a citizen and someone observing ICE activities might be important too, just saying. It is possible that the observer may be an inadvertent passerby.

That these so called “agents” are demonstrably untrained is intentional, therefore the results are intentional.
