5. Sorry, but parents are not the only influence in their children's lives.

We have one who is a Charlie Kirk fan (heartbroken that her hero was murdered by ‘“those radicals”), Christo-fascist, religious wacko and she did not get that from us. She married one of those survivalist types who hoards guns and canned food. Know what ate her brain? 20 years in the military with Fox blaring on every television. And whatever the husband-of-the-decade wants her to believe. She was not raised this way!

Yes, we have tried to talk with her. The result is that we’re cut off for not being holy enough, patriotic enough, etc. She’s 46 years old and not going to listen to anything we say. Influencers are called influencers for a reason. That’s who she listens to.

These DHS agents are, by any measure, murderous monsters. If it makes you feel better to blame the parents or expect the parents to be able to change it, knock yourself out. We did the best we could for our kids, but sometimes that’s not enough. These agents are monsters in their own right. No need to call on parents of adults to try to do the impossible.
