And as we all know from Mr. McLuhan, the medium is the message -- meaning the message in the OP is lost *because* the medium is shit.

How can you tell this is AI generated? Are there particular signs that would clue me in?

Thank you for any help on this, and best wishes.

1. There's no footage of an actual person playing an instrument or singing. There are plenty of tiktoks and other videos out there of real people singing their own original protest songs; it's unusual to find one that doesn't have that visual.

2. In the same vein, there's no credit to the singer, instrumentalists, lyricist, etc. Also unusual.

3. It's very generic music with no soul. I didn't listen to the whole thing but sometimes you can even hear words slurred or illegible in a way that people whose native language is English just don't do.

4. This information is included under the channel's "Punk Protest Songs":

As a big fan of the genre dating back to the early days of Dropkick Murphys, Dead Kennedys and The Pogues, to name a few, I have created a number punk inspired protest tunes/videos. The lyrics are human generated, by myself and collaborators, and I create the actual songs with SUNO AI. Folks seem to enjoy them so I will keep it up. Big credit to the aforementioned bands as they are my inspo and the AI was obviously trained on their catalogs.
