26. There actually are teaching stethoscopes with two sets of ear pieces...

...so instructors and students can listen to something at the same time, but they don't look like that, and I've never seen anyone wear one around their neck.

And, now that I'm looking more closely, the ear pieces and bell/diaphragm are never at the same end of the tubing.
