Who else feels they could be Good or Pretti

Not because they are white, but because I could see protesting ICE and just ending up in this kind of situation. Trying to drive away, helping someone who is knocked down, standing still.

They don't need a reason, do they?

Terrorism is a mechanism to change who we are and what we do.

I refuse to not stand for good and pretti

Small town cops jumped out of the bushes with guns drawn on me in a city park. Staked me out cause car was parked suspiciously between 2 yellow lines in a parking area. If one of them had tripped and shot me they would have had to make up a story why they shot a 16yr old kid on a quiet Sunday morning.
I do not trust cops at all. Have seen them be Johnny on the spot in emergencies but have never trusted any of them again.

And push a woman to the ground I will come to her aid. So there's that.

... I would have swerved away and not tried to "run over" the ICE, even though I don't agree with what they are doing in MN. I would have probably rushed over to help the woman shoved by ICE, especially if we'd had a chat earlier and I knew she was not a "domestic terrorist." I did attend BLM protests, but none of the ICE ones. I am not impressed with people saying "they shouldn't have been there," at all. I would be there. My country, my community, my right to protest. Yes. Absolutely.

I like to think I am. I don't know if I am.

To your question, yeah, I'm a cis white male 42 years old in academia. And I found out the other day that my university's police is cooperating with ICE.

I just heard from friends in Mpls that their son was in the city for the protest on Friday (they were at a protest in the suburbs). He was taking a pic of an ICE vehicle and two thugs got out and pushed him to the ground. He wasn’t hurt.
