I expressed some level of admiration for this Republican lawyer

earlier today. Now I am not so sure.

Chris Madel, a Republican candidate for governor of Minnesota, provided legal counsel to ICE agent Jonathan Ross. Madel's involvement in the case was reported after it was noted that he was providing legal counsel to Ross. This situation led to Madel's resignation from his law firm after nine years.
