silly if we shut down the government for funding that is already signed in to law and in place.

Cut DHS spending and I personally hope they do not approve the increase in military spending....for what? To cause more chaos and alienate our allies?

that would lead to a partial shutdown and hence, I do not think the democrats would give up. What would not get funded during this partial shutdown would be homeland security.
