What is the proof that Pretti was carrying a gun and ammo and magazines?

I mean, I know in the video it 'appears' like an ICE agent 'disarms' him but that could've been staged IMHO. It feels pretty "convenient" of a story to me is all. And why the fuck did one of the "agents" freaking run away from the scene with the guys gun? It makes NO fucking sense to me.

I'm not saying there's not "proof", cause maybe I've missed it, entirely possible But, I mean, other than the probability that ICE are too incompetent to pull off the illusion that a guy had a gun when he didn't, what's the literal proof?

Has local government confirmed a gun registered to Pretti was recovered at the scene, formally? Has anyone who knows him spoken to media and said, yeah, he was totally the kinda guy who'd have been walking around with a gun on his side? What about the people that were WITH him at the time there, the woman he tried to defend and help off the ground? Have they spoken to media? Anything like that?

I'm not saying it changes much because as we know, doesn't seem like he was ever brandishing it if he did. But it would helpful to know if that's what the ICE-stapo is trying to pull now. I feel like it's just been kinda "accepted" that since he had a concealed carry permit, and one video appears to show an ICE agent reach into a pile and pull a gun out of it, that therefore, Pretti was packing at the time.

If that video is the entire "proof" of the regime's storyline, I'm not buying it. Not without more.

On the seat of some random car? No bag no nothing. It's obviously a shit show. That gun.amd picture could have come from anyplace.

Shit, everyone knows the story of the gun found at the Tate murders, where the cops just pick up the gun with their bare hands. It's a legendary fuck up.

2. This is a bit different scenario than investigating a murder scene where the suspects are unknown,

such that fingerprints are a potentially critical piece of evidence, but yeah it's a shitshow for all kinds of reasons. And picture of a gun proves jack, unless it shows the serial number and its confirmed to belong to Pretti from some kind of official record.

However, when he purchased that handgun, there would have been a federal background check, including the completion of a Form 4473, which contains the gun's make, model, caliber, and serial number.

4. That's helpful to know but my same point stands, as it's really not contingent on ANYbody having any records

of any gun purchased by anyone, anywhere, ever.

IOW, even if there no such records, period, I would've said the same exact thing

My guess is that they will join the Epstein files in an obscure federal warehouse.

In one video, one “agent” yells, “Gun! Gun! Gun!” as another takes the gun out from the back of Mr. Pretti’s waistband. Then, for whatever reason, the shooting begins.

It looked like an execution.
